Then cut into small pieces.<br />Heat a pan on low to medium and Add oil in pan.<br />When oil get heated add Mustard Seeds and roast for a while, then add Fenugreek Seeds and roast them too for a while.<br />Now Add Raw Mangoes Pieces into the pan and stir it well for 1 to 2 minutes.<br />Then Add water and cover it with lid to cook well. <br />Now add Turmeric powder, Red Chilli Powder, Asafoetida (Hing), Salt and mix it well.<br />Add Jaggery in mixture and again mix it till Jaggery get melt.<br />After that stir it for 2 to 3 min and off the gas flame and keep it aside to cool down.<br /><br />After that store the Methamba in fridge in Air Tight Container Box for 15 to 30 days.<br /><br /><br />To Subscribe this channel please click on below link<br />https://bit.ly/2xWXENo
